Obtained with ancient processes of at least a century, soybean oil is distinguished from all other types of oils by the good amount of Omega 3 fat inside. Its use is to be considered exclusively raw, recommended for those who need to fight bad cholesterol. It should not be used for frying because it is designed not to withstand high temperatures.

Provenance

Obtained from the extraction of Max L. Wisteria seeds, this GMO is a clear dressing with a neutral scent, obtained according to the strictest controls during processing.
