EVO Monocultivar Ogliarola oil
The golden color of this Monocultivar differs from the more common green color of the others.
Full and full-bodied, this oil has a strongly fruity aroma and balances its underlying bitterness with the rounding of the flavor thanks to the almondy nuance that captures the palate in the second place.
The olives used for this original product come exclusively from Puglia crops, more specifically from Bari province. This variety is also known by the name of “Cima di Bitonto”.
