The yellow color distinguishes this oil from all other Monocultivars. This peculiar color is accompanied by a pleasant balance in the taste of spicy and bitter notes, which allow themselves to be discovered from their intense and pleasantly pungent perfume. A peculiar characteristic of this product is also the almond accent that can be perceived in the final nuance.
Origin
The olives used for this unique product come exclusively from Calabria. More specifically, the crops are located in the territories of Cosenza and Catanzaro.

It is an oil that is particularly suitable for accompanying all dishes with a delicate flavor, such as fish appetizers and seafood salads. Highly recommended, however, also to enhance the flavor of mushrooms, grilled of all kinds. The character of this oil also manifests itself in very small doses: just a little more than a thread is needed to enrich the flavors.
