How a unique oil is born

“We choose the best just for you”

We choose our olives from all Italy, but is here, in Irpinia, that we transform and distribute them all over the world.

We only turn of the usual supplier, those we know we can trust. We speak and select the best olive groves with them, so we can be ensure to choice the best that they can offer.

The collection is entrusted to their expert hands, which is accurate almost scientific. They wait for the right degree of ripeness, when the olives are partially colored on the surface and clear in the pulp. Those are our choice: the best.

Then, once collected, their state of health is checked before reaching the crusher to be worked on.

Here, their journey ends and the one to get to you starts.

All the leaves are removed, then the olives washed and crushed for 48 hours until a paste is created, that is mixed viene with controlled temperature for around 20 minutes. So, in spontaneously way, Oil is prepared from olive pasta. 

The two products are separated from an instrument, that in two steps will prepare them for what they become: extra virgin olive oil and pomace oil that obtained from pasta.

Almost ready, the oil only needs the approval of our experts, who must verify its quality.

And the best oil can only come from the best olives.
